We are proud to announce the successful completion of a comprehensive technology integration project for the National Health Intelligence Center . This ambitious undertaking involved the meticulous design and installation of state-of-the-art audiovisual and IT infrastructure across multiple critical areas, enhancing their capacity for data analysis, collaboration, and strategic decision-making.
In the Boardroom, we deployed a sophisticated setup featuring two Yealink cameras and two Sennheiser microphones to ensure crystal-clear video conferencing and audio capture. Four Sonance speakers provide immersive sound, all seamlessly managed by AV processors in the rack (RAC). A large LED screen, connected via Barco for effortless content sharing from various computers, along with an HP Mini PC, provides a dynamic presentation environment. Furthermore, an on-wall Jupiter Pana 8 touch screen facilitates interactive demonstrations, fostering engaging and productive discussions.
The Situation Room is transformed into a highly responsive command center with multiple LED screens mounted on three walls, providing expansive visual real estate. Six workstations, each equipped with doubled Dell screens, support intensive data analysis and monitoring. An additional Jupiter Pana touch screen and a projector displaying onto a large Rwandan map create an interactive and geographically relevant visualization hub, crucial for real-time strategic insights.
Finally, the Control Room for Developers is optimized for high-performance work, featuring Dell screens at each station. Two large TVs, wall-mounted for projection, offer developers the flexibility to collaborate and review code or data on an expansive display. Underlying all these installations is a robust and reliable networking infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow throughout the entire facility. This project empowers the National Health Intelligence Center with the advanced tools necessary to revolutionize health intelligence and contribute to a healthier nation.
